At Florista, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. While our beautiful blooms and arrangements are created with care and are non-refundable, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

For hard goods, we gladly offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. Simply bring the item back in its original condition, and we'll help you find something you love.

Please note that plants and floral arrangements are final sale. We're also unable to refund delivery fees.
